Poplar Grove Physical Therapy is located in Poplar Grove, IL.  The new state of the art, 3700 square foot facility is located in Countryside Square off of Route 76.

The clinic began providing physical therapy services to Northern Boone County in June of 2010. The clinic is the sixth clinic to open as part of the Orthopedic and Sports Therapy Institute network.
